These terms govern your use of the Transmission Hub and all other services operated by Conspiracy Records at conspiracyrecords.rocks (the "Site"). By creating an account or using the Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.
We are an independent operation, not a corporation. We built the Hub because we believe in free speech. These terms exist to protect that signal from being weaponized against the people using it.
The Hub is a free speech space. We do not moderate based on opinion, politics, religion, or unpopular viewpoints. We will not remove content because it makes someone uncomfortable. That is the point.
The one rule is that your content must be legal. We remove content that:
We do not remove content because it is offensive, wrong, unpopular, disliked by powerful people, or contradicts official narratives. That includes government narratives, media narratives, and corporate narratives. The Hub exists for exactly that content.
If you are unsure whether something is legal where you are, consult legal counsel before posting. We are not your lawyer and we cannot give legal advice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Hub with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. We have no way to recover your account if you lose your credentials, as we do not collect your email address by design.
Do not impersonate other people or create accounts for the purpose of harassment.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting to the Hub, you grant Conspiracy Records a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of operating the service.
You represent that you own or have the right to post any content you submit, including images. Do not post copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
Content you post to the Hub is public and visible to anyone, including people who are not logged in. Do not post information you want kept private.
The Hub has a report system. Users may flag content they believe violates these terms. Moderators review flagged content and may remove it or dismiss the report.
Moderation decisions are final. We do not operate an appeals process. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may contact us (see below).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms or attempt to disrupt the Hub for other users.
We have zero tolerance for content that sexually exploits minors. Any such content will be removed immediately. We are required by law (18 U.S.C. Section 2258A) to report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at cybertipline.org. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
If you encounter this type of content on the Hub, use the report button immediately. Do not share, download, or describe the content.
The Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that the service will be free of errors.
We are not responsible for content posted by users. Content posted by users does not reflect the views of Conspiracy Records. We are a platform, not an endorser of user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conspiracy Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Hub.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We built the Hub with privacy in mind. We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or any information that identifies you in the real world. Your handle is your identity here.
We are not an advertising company. We do not sell your data. We do not build profiles on you. We do not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
When you create an account, we store your handle (username) and a hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text. We also store a synthetic email address in the format yourhandle@hub.conspiracyrecords.rocks which is used internally by our authentication provider. This is not a real email address and is not used to contact you.
We store the messages, threads, and replies you post, along with a timestamp and your handle. We store images you upload to the chat or as a profile photo in a cloud storage bucket. This content is public.
If you opt in to push notifications, we store a push subscription token generated by your browser. This token is used only to deliver notifications to your device. You can revoke it at any time by toggling notifications off in the Hub or in your browser/device settings.
Our infrastructure (Netlify for hosting, Supabase for the database) may log standard technical data such as IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal server operation. We do not access or analyze these logs for commercial purposes. These logs are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies.
Your data is stored using Supabase (database and file storage) hosted on AWS infrastructure and Netlify (site hosting). Both are established cloud providers with their own security and privacy practices.
Data is stored in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, by using the Hub you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
We use row-level security on all database tables, meaning account data is protected at the database level and users can only access their own private data.
You can delete your posts, replies, and chat messages directly from the Hub. You can remove your profile photo by uploading a new one.
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the information below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with applicable data rights laws, you may have additional rights including the right to access, correct, or port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We retain posted content (messages, threads, replies) until you delete it or until we delete your account. Deleted content is removed from our database promptly, though it may persist in infrastructure backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
